Adding photos and videos
There are two ways to add more content to your Loop. You can either create a new channel to add photos to or add photos/videos to an existing channel.

Channels are Loop’s version of albums. You can create as many as you like to organize your photos and you can individually share channels with members of your family.
Adding photos/videos to existing channels
You can add new photos and videos to existing channels any time. Start by pushing the ‘Add photo’ button on the bottom navigation bar.
Select the photos or videos you want to send to your Loop by tapping on them.

By default you’ll start off in the ‘
Camera Roll’ or ‘All Photos’ albums within iOS. You can view other albums on your phone by tapping the folder name and making a selection.

Note: You can upload as many photos as you want at a time or 1 video at a time. Multi-video upload will be coming shortly.
Once you’re done selecting photos/videos, click the ‘add photos’ button at the bottom of the screen.
The photos/videos you’ve just selected will show at the top of the screen.

If you’ve only selected one photo, you can pinch/zoom on the photo to crop it on the Loop and you can add a caption.

If you’ve selected multiple photos, you can swipe left/right to review all of the photos you’ve added to the channel.
Tap the channel you’d like to add the photo/video(s) to, then click the ‘Send’ button below to send them to your Loop.
New photos will show up in both your Channels feed on the mobile app and on your Loop. When new photos appear on the Loop they will pause on screen to make sure you don’t miss them.
Use the scroll knob on your Loop to look through the new photos or videos. Once you scroll to the end of the new content you’ll automatically return to the previous channel slideshow that was playing. You can also use the touch top surface of your Loop to do a few other neat tricks.

Like - Sends a notification to the sender of the photo letting them know you enjoyed their photo

Return to slideshow - Resumes the previous channel photo slideshow that was playing before the new photos appeared.

Note: All new photos can later be found in the channel they were sent to.
You can create channels from several different sources. In this guide we’ll start with a channel that uses content on your phone’s camera roll.
Select the photos or videos you’d like to upload, or use the Select all button to select the entire album folder. Once you’re done selecting photos/videos, click the add photos button at the bottom of the screen.

Note: You can upload as many photos as you want at a time or 1 video at a time. Multi-video upload will be coming shortly.
Select an album on your phone. In this example we’re going to select the ‘camera roll’ album.
Choose a name for your channel and press done to finish.
You can also switch to the channel you created anytime by turning the channel knob and selecting the channel from the list.
A notification will appear on your Loop showing that a new channel has been added. You can use the touch top button to switch to your new channel or ignore the notification to simply stay on the current channel.
